This is an excellent remote, part-time position for someone who needs a flexible schedule during the week.

UCCR builds relationships with property owners and guests to deliver exceptional services and business resources that empower camps, conference and retreat centers to flourish.

The Position

Processing multi-state payroll for 100-150 employees including statutory and elective deductions, 403(b) funding and loan management, employer contributions, garnishments, vacation and sick accruals, and true up.

Performing specified journal entries, account reconciliations and General Ledger support.

Coordinating Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment and Disability claims management with HR.

Monitoring ACA compliance in coordination with HR.

Providing payroll and benefits admin support to Department Heads and HR.

Partnering with HR on items such as new hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, retirement plan enrollment, annual performance reviews, HR regulation research and HR special projects.

Creating and maintaining electronic personnel files.

Your Background

General bookkeeping skills are required.

At least one year of processing payroll using outside service (e.g., Paycom, ADP, Paycor, Paycheck, etc.).

Experience with NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based ERP.

Experience in or interest in learning Human Resources functions.

Microsoft Office skills including solid Excel abilities relating to reconciliation.

Ability to provide enthusiastic service to your internal customers.

Hours

This is a part-time job averaging 15 hours per week.

The days and office hours can be somewhat flexible around our bi-weekly payroll schedule.
